Questions about limits
When does the daily limit reset?
At midnight UTC every day. The dashboard and the API (X-Quota-Daily-Remaining header) show how many links you have left today.
If I delete a link, do I get it back?
Deleting a link frees a slot in your total, so you can create another one later. It doesn’t refund today’s daily count, because that limit counts links created, not links kept.
Do links expire on the Free plan?
No. Links on every plan work for as long as your account exists, unless you choose an expiry date or the link breaks our Acceptable Use Policy.
What happens to analytics after the retention period?
Click-level details (referrer, country, device) are kept for 30 days on the Free plan. Daily click and unique-visitor totals are kept for as long as the link exists.
When will Pro and Business be available?
We’re working on them. Everything you create on the Free plan will carry over when you upgrade.
